Program characteristics

The role of the psychologist in an organization is to facilitate the change of the traditional organizational culture managed by “superiors” to a modern one in which employee teams are managed by “leaders”. The amount of routine work, carried out individually, is decreasing, in favor of team work, so the importance of team-building skills and leadership is growing. Work is also an increasingly complex activity in which employees must engage personally. The modern team leader must be able to support it, to know the mechanisms of dignity motivation, to have practical skills in negotiating and resolving conflicts.
