Years after the Cold War the matter of international security is still present, although it has developed. This course will help to understand how states and international organizations handle various security threats, how those threats are identified, and what influences security policies around the world.
We will also raise questions about the price people are willing to pay or are forced to pay when it comes to security matters. Employment opportunities for IS are almost endless: intelligence agencies, foreign affairs, analytics, broadly defined business, media.
